STEPS TO REGISTER:
1.  Pay a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee using a secure PayPal account.  
2.  Registration fee will go towards cost of tour.
3.  Complete a
registration form.
4.  Registration is confirmed when registration fee of $25.00 is received.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS

DEPOSITS:
1.  After completing the online registration, a deposit of $50.00 is required to make and hold a reservation.
    Registration fee and deposit may be made at the same time.

2.  A deposit of $100.00 is required to make and hold a reservation after January 31, 201
8.

  • Final payment is due on or before June 5, 2018.
  • Full payment is required when making a reservation after June 5, 2018.
  • A $50.00 late payment fee will apply to payments made after June 5, 2018.

***Advance payments or payments in full may be made at anytime.

CANCELLATIONS:
1.  Refundable monies do not include the $25.00 registration fee.
2.  Cancellations made after February 25, 201
8 will result in a refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
4.  Cancellations made after April 1, 201
8 will result in a refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
5.  No refunds will be awarded to cancellations made after June 10, 201
8.

Gibbs Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour due to an insufficient number of participants.  In that case, a full
refund will be awarded.

PAYMENTS:
1.  Participants are encouraged to make secure payments with PayPal.
2.  Money orders, cashier checks, or personal checks are accepted.
3.  Checks returned for insufficient funds will require payment by cash, money order, or PayPal plus a $25.00
 insufficient fund fee.
4.  Name of participant should be noted on all payments.

Payments made with personal checks will not be accepted after May 31, 2018.
